President Bola Tinubu has expressed his excitement on being a participant in the Benin’s 63rd Independence Day Celebrations alongside President Patrice Talon, President of Benin.
President Tinubu on Tuesday, August 1, 2023, honored an invitation to attend the 63rd independence anniversary of the Republic of Benin.
On his twitter handle, he said.
“Honored to participate in Benin’s 63rd Independence Day celebrations alongside President Patrice Talon. “
“Our dialogue underscored the enduring bond that has existed for centuries between both nations and our shared aspiration for prosperity, progress, and unity.”

It will be recalled that, 1st of August, 1960, Benin achieved Independence from colonial rule.
The special day is a time of reflection, gratitude, and optimism for the nation and its people.
It also serves as an opportunity to honor the sacrifice made by previous generations.
